John Fogerty's Mansion is On the Market

The musical mind that gave us "Fortunate Son" and "Bad Moon Rising" earned quite a bit in his long musical career, both with Creedence Clearwater Revival and on his own, so John Fogerty got a large secluded home remodeled just the way he wanted it. And it's just awesome. Fogerty's 18,600-square-foot mansion is on 22 acres in Thousand Oaks, California. It comes with two complete soundproof recording studios, as well as nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Oh, there's more. Lots more.

Other amenities include a home theater, a bar room with a temperature-controlled wine wall, a wellness center and gym and two offices. Outside, there’s a pool and spa, multiple fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, a green house, a sports court, walking paths and lawns covered in drought tolerant turf. There’s also a detached guest house.

There are actually two theaters, one a bit smaller called a "screening room." The property, named White Stallion Ranch, is a 40-minute drive from Los Angeles. It is listed for just under $20 million. Your nearest neighbors would include Britney Spears and Jamie Foxx, although "near" is a relative term when you have 22 acres. Get more details, and see plenty of pictures at the real estate listing. And don't worry about Fogerty- he has other properties.
