Sink with Chamfered Edges Makes It Easier for One-Handed Person to Wash the Dishes

In their homes, everyone deserves a functioning space and equipment. Particularly those that are utilized on a daily basis by everyone, including the disabled. This one-of-a-kind kitchen sink was created by Natalia Baltazar and is highly functional not just for the able-bodied but also for the disabled.

Baltazar has redesigned the traditional sink as a statement piece that also emphasizes ergonomics by considering the kitchen's surroundings and how dishwashing might improve and assist an individual. She created a design and concept that combines aesthetics and usefulness in a way that can be used on a regular basis. These designs contain aspects of a traditional kitchen sink, such as a double basin, but in unique and innovative ways that benefit people who can only use one arm.

The Moray sink could securely contain various types of kitchenware and let water run off quickly towards the drain by using chamfered edges akin to a terrace farming landscape. Its layers can be used to accommodate different kinds of dishes and make surfaces easier to clean.
