Fria Folket Architects designed this amazingly graceful home outside of Stockholm. The Library House is set in a wooded environment with a natural beauty that contrasts the cultivated beauty of a library. Plain Magazine tells us that the home consists of four buildings connected by wooden walkways to form a central courtyard.
Along the inside-facing walls, as well as many of the internal walls of the buildings are bookshelves to house many thousands of books.
There are also garden rooms and a kitchen, so it’s a fully serviceable home.
But all you really need is a library, of course.
