Despite being in a multimillion-dollar neighborhood, Bel Air homes are not always free from crimes like burglary.
Police were called to the scene of a suspected "hot prowl burglary" at nighttime in the 900 block of Bel-Air Road. Once on the scene, the officers searched for suspects, but found only one: a 28-year-old man who was immediately taken into custody and questioned.
During the interrogation, it was revealed that the suspect had taken a shower, smoked a cigar, and drank an alcoholic beverage while the private security was also in the house. Information about the way the man got in the house or whether there were stolen assets were not immediately available.
